Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in similar positions
- Strong local GAAP and up-to-date tax & IFRS knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage
- Big 4 experience is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of German & English
- Diligence, reliability, ability to work with detailed information, stress-resistance
- Communicative team player with entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, goal oriented
- Expertise in dealing with complex accounting issues, process improvement and direct subordinates
Your Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership of the accounting team
- Responsible for month end closing process accounting according to local & group standards (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, CF Statement)
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- First contact person to financial auditors
- Process optimization and system landscape understanding and ad-hoc problem solving
- Booking & checking the derivatives balances
- IFRS adjustment calculation & booking
- Cooperation with external auditors and partners (local & Group Finance departments)
- Intercompany accounts reconciliation
- Process optimization (P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets)
For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 6.000 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
