Team Lead UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)
Your new role:
Use Figma together with modern AI tooling (large language models, MCP based agents etc.) to go from design to interactive prototypes that users can actually click
Continuously explore and evaluate new AI and automation tools that can speed up UX workflows, from ideation to testable prototypes
Create personas, scenarios and user flows
Conduct user research
Organize and perform user tests to evaluate your design
Be able to communicate your design to multiple stakeholders internal and external
Be in constant exchange with product manager/owner and developers
Leading a team of UX/UI designers
Your skills:
Professional experience in UX/UI (min. 3 years)
Experience with Design tools such as Figma
Jira and Scrum should not be foreign to you
Fluent English is required – German is a plus
Experience in leading a team of designers
Experience in driving and executing UX/UI strategies
Creative thinking, problem-solving, communication skills
Self-management and thinking out of the box
Healthcare experience would be desirable but is not required

The minimum salary for this position is € 45.000,-- gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement in Austria, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
