To strengthen our development team at our Vienna location, we are looking for an experienced and competent individual to join us immediately as team leader for electronics development.

Your Mission
- Lead a team of 5-6 electronics developers
- Act as the contact person and implementation coordinator for third parties in the department
- Create requirements documents, test specifications and development documents
- Create circuit diagrams and printed circuit board designs (with layout designer)
- Supporting industrialisation
- Localising, analysing and rectifying malfunctions
- Collaborating on research projects
What you bring
- Technical education (university of applied sciences, technical university, university degree) in the field of electronics/electrical engineering
- Experience in team leadership is a must
- Professional experience in the field of electronics development
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- German and English
The following skills would be an advantage:
- Experience in the development of flight-critical electronic modules
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge and practical experience in approval processes
- Experience in dealing with requirements relating to avionics safety and EMC

The gross annual salary is based on the applicable collective agreement of the metal industry for salaried employees. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
