Aufgaben:
- Strategisches Management des eigenen Gebietes
- Bewerbung der priorisierenden Produkte unter Einhaltung der aktuellen Verkaufs und Marketingstrategien.
- Aus- und Aufbau von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen durch Nutzung verschiedener Kommunikationskanäle.
- Erstellung& Implementierung eines regionalen Businessplan inkl. Besuchsplanung, Stakeholdermapping , Gebietsanalysen, Durchführung von regionalen und nationalen Veranstaltungen.
- Involvierung aller GSK Funktionen zur Betreuung aller relevanten Stakeholder im Gebiet.
- Laufende und selbständige Weiterbildung im Therapiebereich sowie Teilnahme an internen GSK Fortbildungen / Programmen.
- Erstellung und Durchführung von persönlichen Entwicklungsplänen
- Einhaltung der GSK Compliance- Richtlinien sowie bewusstes Handeln nach unseren GSK Werten und Erwartungen.
Anforderungen:
- Qualifikation gemäß §72 AMG (Pharmareferentenprüfung) oder einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss
- Erfahrungen im pharmazeutischen Vertrieb
- Verkäuferische Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Gesprächsführung
- Organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Zielorientiertes, selbständiges, lösungsorientiertes handeln
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an ethischem Bewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Bereitschaft zur Nutzung elektronischer Kommunikationstools
Marktkonformes Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 72 .000 ,- mit entsprechender Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung sowie lukrative Prämien und Firmen-PKW.
