Job Description

As a Working Student in the Accounts Payable team, you will support the finance department in day-to-day operations related to invoice processing and financial data management. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, international business environment and provides the opportunity to gain insights into corporate finance and accounting processes.

• Verify and process incoming purchase invoices in accordance with internal policies
• Reconcile supplier accounts and assist in resolving payment discrepancies
• Support the creation of reports and ad-hoc analysis
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Provide general administrative assistance to the AP team

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Availability of at least approx. 20 hours per week
• Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
• Attention to detail, strong motivation, and a collaborative mindset
