working student (m/f/d)
to join our
Compliance department
, based in Vienna for at least
18 hours per week
(part-time) !
Siemens Legal and Compliance advises the operating businesses and central units of the local company on all legal and compliance-related matters in the country. The team acts as a close partner to Siemens' business leaders and supports them in achieving business goals while developing and implementing relevant legal strategies. Legal Compliance Export Control ensures adherence to legal requirements for all export processes to foreign countries for Siemens Operating Companies.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Support in maintaining and updating cross country compliance related documents and guidelines
- Assist with researching current international legal and regulatory developments in the compliance field
- Support the creation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
- Actively participate in compliance projects in an international environment, for example in the implementation of new tools or measures
- Assist in designing and preparing training materials to raise awareness of compliance topics
Your preferred qualities:
- Current studies in economics, law, business administration, language studies, or a comparable degree program
- Excellent English skills (ideally at native level), fluent German skills; additional languages such as Slovak would be a plus
- Good knowledge of AI tools
- Confident use of common MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- An organized, structured, and independent working style
- Interest in compliance topics and a strong willingness to learn
