What you'll do
You will gain a deep insight and understanding about how a services organization in a global software company is working. Additionally, the involvement in the services delivery will show how a SAP project is running.
We're looking for a student to cover these tasks:
- Assist Consulting management in day-to-day business
- Support Project management in large-scale projects
- Facilitate project controlling
- Actively assists with resource management
- Organize and accompany meetings
- Student (f/m/d) at a university (minimum 1 year of study left)
- Be enrolled in a university or have a degree in Information Technology and/or Business administration , or a related field.
- Creative and enthusiastic team player, solution-oriented approach to problem solving, ability to work independently, proactively and in an interdisciplinary team on multiple tasks
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
- Experience with Project Management would be a benefit
- Optional: Experience with video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Languages: Business fluent in English and German
- The position is posted for office location Vienna, Austria

- We are part of the SAP Services organization delivering innovative and high quality services to our Austrian customers.
- Our team consists of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Service Sales Executives and Working Students in various experience levels.
- Internally we work together with colleagues from Sales, Presales, Bid Management and Support, both on local as well on global / regional level.
As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1700€ gross/month/full time for interns and 2473€ gross/month/full time for working students, in addition to generous additional benefits.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programming languages.
