Your Responsibilities

• Build operations and reporting automations for scalable processes
• Set up company-wide statistics tracking and dashboards
• Handle invoicing and billing
• Foster company culture by tracking satisfaction, improving communication, and organizing on-/offsites
• Support hiring and onboarding of new colleagues
• Assist in preparing investor materials
• Provide hands-on support for strategic and operational initiatives

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in early-stage startups , consulting, or another high-stakes environment.
• Fluent in English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Based in Vienna , available at least 16h/week , and able to commit for 6+ months .
