To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for an working student (m/f/d) to join our department, based in Vienna for 20 to 30 hours per week (part-time) !
You’ll make a difference by
- Supporting project coordination and tracking of NIS2-related activities
- Maintaining and structuring project documentation and data
- Assisting with process mapping and process improvement activities
- Preparing summaries, overviews, and status updates
- Supporting communication and alignment with internal stakeholders
Your preferred qualities
- Enrolled student (e.g. business administration, project management, economics, industrial engineering, or similar)
- Structured and reliable working style
- Interest in compliance, processes, and data management
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Our Offer
The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 40.910,24 (full-time basis), in accordance with the collective agreement.
