Your profile
- Completed training as a car/truck/agricultural/construction machinery technician or comparable
- You have professional experience in the technical field service area
- High level of customer orientation and independent working style
- Accuracy and reliability are a matter of course for you
- Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge
- Willingness to continue training
- Very good knowledge of German and manners
- Driver’s license B and forklift license
Your tasks
- Carrying out commissioning, maintenance and repair work of forklift trucks (all forklift trucks). Drive types) in the field at your customer’s site
- Preparation of technical reports
- You are responsible for your service area and are the first point of contact for your customers
- In the event of malfunctions of the machines, you will take over the analysis and rectify the error
- You can expect regular tasks such as service maintenance or repair, testing and conversion work on the customer’s machine
