Our AI team builds smart solutions around AI workflows and AI agents – currently with a strong focus on process automation and chatbot assistants. We work closely with our clients, guiding them from the first idea to the final product – and often beyond.
That’s where you come in: as our AI Project Manager & Client Partner (f/m/d) .
You’ll coordinate projects, nurture client relationships, contribute to proposals, support workshops, and spot new opportunities. Always with a business mindset – and a passion for AI.

Your job

• Manage multiple AI projects in parallel – from pitch and workshops to implementation
• Identify repetitive business processes during discovery workshops and assess their automation potential (without needing to dive deep into the tech)
• Translate workshop results into solid project proposals
• Keep an eye on project progress and act as the key link between clients and implementation teams
• Spot additional automation potential in ongoing projects

What you bring along

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally involving AI projects or process automation
• You're AI-native: you use AI tools daily and intuitively grasp which innovations are relevant for workflow automation
• You’re familiar with complex client processes and consulting-intensive products
• You understand technical concepts and can communicate them clearly and persuasively to clients
• You’re confident, structured, and articulate – especially when presenting AI concepts
• Excellent communication skills and business fluent in both German and English
