We are looking for you as administrative support for our endoscopy department at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik Wiesbaden as soon as possible as a full-time or part-time

Outpatient clinic employee (m/f/d)

Friendly reception and care of our patients in the endoscopy and gastroenterology outpatient clinic as well as telephone contact person for patients, relatives and referring physicians

Appointment allocation and coordination as well as organizational support for the medical team

Recording and managing patient data in the hospital information system

Support with administrative processes, e.g. billing preparations and documentation tasks, service recording and preparation of private billing, billing for outpatient surgery and billing in accordance with ASV (§ 116 b)

Substitute organization of the clinic director's office and private consultation hours

Completed training as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

Experience in patient admission or outpatient clinic organization is an advantage

Friendly, service-oriented appearance and strong communication skills

Confident handling of IT systems (ideally hospital information systems)

Ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured way of working

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
