The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbaden-Delkenheim Abbott GmbH location.
Primary objective of the position
- Integrate, harmonize and analyze data from multiple functions and data sources to provide holistic insights, support to plan and forecast and assess value stream for new and existing processes
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, standardize processes, and support continuous improvement across EMEA service organization.
- Support the shaping data-informed strategies that enhance service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction through the EMEA Service Operation Excellence team (EMEA OP EX).
Major accountabilities
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
- Support process mapping, standardization, and optimization initiatives through quantitative analysis.
- Analyze end-to-end service processes using data to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to define and monitor process KPIs.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track process performance and compliance.
- Provide data-driven support for Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of digital tools and automation to streamline service workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and process documentation.
Educations
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience
Background
Knowledge
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
- Familiarity with service operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of AI Based analytics and Agents.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python)
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet).
- Experience in Storytelling and providing actionable insights to Executives
- Speaks and write fluent English
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on process improvement or operational excellence.
