• Whether analysing properties, markets, cash flows or creditworthiness, you will scrutinise different types of hotel financing.
• You will carefully identify and acquire them for our portfolio.
• You will also structure new or restructured hotel loans and lead negotiations to a successful conclusion.
• You will prepare loan applications, coordinate with other departments/subsidiaries and vote on loan applications for hotel financing from other sales units.
• And, of course, you will be constantly monitoring the existing hotel portfolio.

• A university degree in business administration, specialising in the hotel industry.
• Several years of professional and project management experience in hotel investments or hotel development/feasibility.
• Experience in preparing and analysing hotel cash flow projections and valuations.
• Established network of investors, operators, valuers, consultants and other players in the hotel investment sector.
• Willingness to travel internationally, business fluent in English.
