We’re looking for a structured, forward-thinking, and self-organized Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) who will serve as the crucial link between inquiry, proposal, and closing. In this role, you’ll work closely with our executive team, our business development colleagues, and our subject matter experts. You’ll prepare client materials and take full responsibility for the entire proposal process – from first contact to final approval.

Your job

• You're the first point of contact for incoming inquiries – you assess, qualify, and guide them confidently through to the proposal stage
• You collaborate with our experts to craft proposals that are technically sound and clearly articulated
• You keep all information in HubSpot up to date for leads, inquiries, and proposals – ensuring stakeholders contribute the necessary input
• After sales or management meetings, you keep the momentum going, keep everyone in the loop, and always have the status in view
• You handle key contractual steps like NDA coordination and providing documents required for tender processes
• You elevate our slide decks – cleanly structured and always tailored to the audience
• You bring structure to our sales streams, communicate professionally, and coordinate seamlessly both internally and externally

What you bring along

• Several years of experience in sales at an IT or digital consultancy, where you’ve managed a wide range of stakeholders
• Solid technical understanding and a good feel for complex topics like DevOps, AI, or enterprise architecture
• You’re proficient in PowerPoint and have a keen eye for clarity and structure
• You work proactively, reliably, and independently – you don’t wait for instructions, you take initiative
• You know what great customer communication looks like and have experience in preparing offers
• You're confident in both German and English – whether in calls, emails, or presentations
