To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center at the new Helios HSK in Wiesbaden, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the specialist areas of gynecology, surgery, trauma surgery and neurosurgery

full-time or part-time

• You are the first point of contact for our patients (both private and statutory health insurance patients)
• You will be responsible for organizing registration and appointment management for our outpatients and inpatients
• You will assist with examinations and treatments during consultation hours and prepare them
• Depending on the specialist area, you will also have the opportunity to assist during outpatient operations after appropriate training
• You will also support us with administrative tasks such as writing letters, maintaining patient data, recording services and changing the status of patients
• You will also keep an eye on material requirements and carry out material orders

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), GuK / health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you already have (initial) experience in the field of gynecology, surgery, trauma surgery or neurosurgery
• You have digital skills and knowledge of practice software programs - otherwise you are willing to learn them
• You are characterized by enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• You have good manners and treat patients with empathy
• You work in a service-oriented manner and are open to interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist areas
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
