As soon as possible, we are looking for you to join the intensive care unit of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic in Wiesbaden full-time and part-time as

Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

• You will work together on an interdisciplinary basis in our multi-professional team on an equal footing
• You will care for and care for patients in the intensive care unit independently and professionally
• They carry out medical prescriptions
• You will carry out the care documentation
• They implement the expert standards and the care concept of the ward

• You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d). Ideally, you have completed further training as a specialist nurse (m/f/d) for intensive care medicine
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and their relatives
• You are willing to work in a field with high work intensity
• They see themselves as part of a team, are enthusiastic and contribute ideas for the further development of patient care
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to TVöD-K/VKA, pay group P8, step assignment depending on professional experience, at least level 4 according to works agreement
• Opportunities for further development: Specialist training in intensive care/anaesthesia – after completion of pay group P9, practice instructor, wound manager, medical device officer or hygiene officer
• Acquisition of professional competence in organ replacement experience such as dialysis (continuous and intermittent), Impella and ECMO, shock room care and Rea team
• Individual wishes and adjustment of the duty roster
• At least 3 months of induction with consideration of further development, also an extension to 6 months possible at any time
• Regular in-ward training and instruction days with the practical instructors
