At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you full-time or part-time for the Department of Neurosurgery at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as a

Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

You will work interdisciplinary in our multi-professional team and receive individual training

You will look after and care for your patients holistically, independently and professionally

You ensure the care of patients according to their individual care needs and the highest quality standards (e.g. expert standard and care concept of the ward)

You carry out timely and complete documentation using the digital patient file and participate in internal ward projects

You will provide support in instructing trainees and new starters, as well as training employees

Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

Ideally professional experience in the field of neurosurgery or the motivation to familiarize yourself with this field of work

Passion for the profession and strong ability to work in a team

Independent and structured way of working, empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
