Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

Representation of the ward manager in ensuring the operational process and interdisciplinary and interdepartmental communication in cooperation with all professional groups

Personnel management and effective personnel deployment planning, including calling up employees from the employee pool

Responsibility for implementing and ensuring the defined quality of care as well as contributing to the development and implementation of innovative concepts

Ensuring the qualified practical instruction of trainees, young professionals and participants in advanced specialist training

Carrying out working group projects, including interdisciplinary and cross-professional projects

Completed training as a state-recognized nursing specialist (m/f/d)

Several years of professional experience is required

Passion for the profession and strong ability to work in a team

Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives

Willingness for further education and training

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
