As a Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on architecture, you will be the strategic interface between customers, management, and our technical teams. You think in terms of systems, recognize patterns, and bring technical visions to life. You use your experience as an enterprise architect or technical consultant to provide long-term support to customers, drive innovation, and successfully build teams. Your job

• Technical account management: You build strong customer relationships, identify technical needs, and bring in internal experts as needed
• Designing enterprise architecture: You will develop strategic architecture guidelines for customers and combine technical, organizational, and business perspectives
• Bridge between teams and management: You will mediate between operational implementation and strategic leadership and understand both sides
• Customer consulting: You will work closely with our architecture and DevOps teams to offer your customers tailor-made solutions
• AI expertise & future topics: You actively participate in AI initiatives of customers and, with the support of our AI team, drive technological innovation for our customers
• Technical leadership & team development: You actively participate in the expansion of our Architecture Consulting Unit and support the development of new project teams with technical leadership

What you bring along

• Several years of experience in technical leadership roles as a lead architect or technical consultant
• Strong communication skills and diplomatic skills in dealing with various stakeholders
• Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructures, AI process optimizations, or microservices architectures
• Expertise in enterprise architecture (telecommunications industry is an advantage); you can discuss issues with decision-makers on an equal footing
• A keen sense for change, high resilience, patience, and frustration tolerance
• Business fluent written and spoken German and English
