Hi! We’re Katja and Marlen from the Controlling team – and together with our CFO Christian, we make sure that things at AOE run smoothly, not just on the project side, but in the numbers behind them too.
Who we’re looking for? Someone who’s excited to support us with day-to-day tasks, bring in fresh perspectives, and dive into topics like budgeting, reporting, and monthly closings. A solid understanding of Excel is helpful – but don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything else. What matters most is that you're curious, thoughtful, and eager to learn and grow with us.

Your job

• Supporting us with monthly billing, budget planning, and forecasting
• Creating reports and preparing financial data for internal stakeholders
• Helping improve and develop our controlling processes
• Taking ownership of smaller tasks and projects
• Collaborating closely with the Controlling team and other departments

What you bring along

• You’re currently enrolled in a business-related degree program – ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
• You enjoy working with numbers and have strong analytical skills
• You’re organized, reliable, and work well independently
• You’re confident using Excel
• You’re communicating proactively
• You’re comfortable communicating in both German and English – written and spoken
