Central practice instructor (m/f/d) for pediatrics

• Accompanying, advising and supervising our trainees in pediatric care
• Ensuring and further developing the vocational education concept and establishing nursing science findings in practical training and everyday ward life
• Organizing, taking over and carrying out practical instruction in accordance with legal requirements as well as preparing, carrying out and participating in examinations
• Designing projects, processes and structures to improve training
• Coordination and professional management of peripheral practical instructors in pediatric and adolescent medicine

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) with a specialization in pediatrics or extensive experience in the pediatric field
• Completed vocational training in practice management with proof of annual 24-hour mandatory training
• Ideally a degree in nursing, nursing science or nursing education or a comparable additional academic qualification
• Experience in practical guidance and practical training, preferably in the field of pediatrics
• A high degree of empathy, social competence and didactic skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
