Central practice instructor (m/f/d) for pediatrics

• Accompanying, advising and supervising our trainees in paediatric care Ensuring and further developing the vocational education concept and establishing nursing science findings in practical training and everyday ward life Organizing, taking over and carrying out practical training in accordance with legal requirements as well as preparing, conducting and participating in examinations Designing projects, processes and structures to improve training Coordinating and professionally managing the peripheral practical instructors in paediatrics and adolescent medicine

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) with a specialization in paediatrics or extensive experience in the paediatric field Completed further vocational training in practice guidance with proof of annual 24-hour compulsory further training Ideally a degree in nursing, nursing science or nursing education or a comparable additional academic qualification Experience in practice guidance and practical training, preferably in the field of paediatrics A high degree of empathy, social competence and didactic skills Legally required proof of immunization against measles
