Your profile:

• Commercial training (industrial, office, forwarding merchant (m/f/d) or similar) and experience in export processing
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good knowledge of English, other foreign languages also welcome
• Technical understanding
• Team and communication skills

Your tasks:

• Checking the feasibility of orders
• Order processing incl. invoicing
• Obtaining quotations and awarding freight orders (land, sea and air transport)
• Preparation of export documents
• Processing of payment guarantees
