Im Bereich IT for Sales, Service & Administration, als ein Teil der globalen Informationstechnik, werden aktuell spannende Projekte auf Basis der Salesforce-Plattform umgesetzt. Der Bereich Marketing und Teile des Kundenservice sind bereits produktiv. Das Customer Relationship Management (CRM) und der Field Service ebenso. Weitere Projekte sind bereits geplant.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Beratung und Betreuung bei der Einführung & Optimierung von weltweiten innovativen Prozessen und Applikationen in der Salesforce Service & Field Service Cloud
• Anforderungsanalyse, Design und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter Salesforce Lösungen anhand der Best Practises inklusive Konzepterstellung und Customizing
• Beratung rund um technologische Fragen im Bereich Salesforce und angrenzenden Themen, wie mobilen Applikationen und Web-Portalen
• Enger Austausch mit Business, Stakeholdern und Projektverantwortlichen im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler Projekte
• Teilnahme an Salesforce Events und permanentes Weiterbilden im Salesforce Umfeld

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Einen Studienabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang, Fachinformatiker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Salesforce dürfen sich ebenfalls angesprochen fühlen
• Praxiserfahrung im Aufbau und im Betrieb von Salesforce Service Cloud und Field Service Lösungen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura und Flows sowie in der Konfiguration von komplexen Salesforce Umgebungen
• IT-Affinität und umfassendes Know-How in Software as a Service, Datenbanken und CRM
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamgeist
