What we expect
- Transforming market trends and customer needs into innovative product ideas in collaboration with the sales department
- Managing and coordinating development projects in the areas of PU, epoxy, silicate, and acrylate
- Developing new formulations and further developing existing systems
- Transferring developments to production in our PU system house
- Management and further development of an interdisciplinary laboratory team
- Technical customer consulting, production support, and conducting on-site trials
- Collaboration with specialist departments, research institutes, universities, and suppliers to develop new technologies
- Preparation of reports in German and English
- Supervision of tests and communication with testing institutes
Your skills
- Degree in chemistry (polymer or organic chemistry, master's) or related fields
- Experience in the development of reactive resin systems
- Leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., REACH)
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work with initiative and commitment
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. once a month)
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally also AvERP, SAP, or Navision
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
