Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: €40k per year
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Part-time work can be applicable)

Location: Willich, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Main Responsibilities:
• Handle import and export processes, including preparation of customs documentation for international shipments
• Classify goods according to applicable customs regulations
• Manage import and export customs permits
• Oversee shipping and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs and contract terms
• Handle both national and international customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients
• Order spare parts from Japan and external suppliers (as required)
• Process materials from the warehouse, including related procedures
• Prepare outgoing invoices and compile export documents
• Check freight and customs clearance invoices
• Submit monthly INTRASTAT reports to the German Federal Statistical Office
• Review and process letters of credit and collection transactions (preferred but not essential)

Ideal Candidate:
• Completed vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import (including customs classification) and export (including preparation of export documents)
• Good command of written and spoken English and German
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong customer service orientation and team spirit
• Friendly, confident, and reliable personality
