Job Description

Convaris GmbH is seeking dedicated Data Management Specialists (f/m/d) to support our client, a manufacturer of specialty adhesives, in data maintenance and analysis. Do
you have a strong grasp of numbers, a structured work style, and experience with databases or Excel?

Tasks

You design and maintain guidelines for effective data management and clear data responsibility.
By introducing targeted quality controls, you ensure the reliability of the data.
You will be responsible for maintaining, structuring and merging master data from various sources.
In coordination with IT and business departments, you analyze data requirements and support their implementation.
You create and maintain a clear data catalog for all relevant data sets.
You actively drive optimization projects in the data environment.
With precise evaluations and reports, you provide the company with a basis for decision-making.
You will also act as a contact person for data processes and provide advice to colleagues.

qualification

You have completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, information management or a comparable course of study.
You have solid practical experience in data management, particularly in maintaining master data and implementing data governance strategies.
Your strong communication and teamwork skills enable you to effectively network interdisciplinary teams.
You have in-depth knowledge of data quality, data processing and applicable data protection regulations.
You have experience in optimizing and standardizing processes.
Ideally, you are familiar with an international working environment.
You communicate fluently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
