The Job

· Create & Innovate: Develop high-quality content using AI tools (text, images, video)

· Think & Experiment: Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve content creation processes

· Write & Optimize: Produce blog articles, website content, product texts, and platform-specific copy

· Produce & Adapt: Create short videos and visuals for social media, ads, website, Amazon, and more

· Collaborate & Advise: Partner with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and act as a sparring partner for AI-driven content and workflow improvements across the company

· Develop Prompts & Workflows: Build structured prompt systems to generate consistent, high-quality output

· Test & Improve: Continuously analyze and optimize content performance

· AI-first mindset: The systematic use of AI tools is a core requirement of this role. We expect a responsible, security-aware, and legally compliant handling of data, ensuring full alignment with data protection regulations and company standards.

The Individual

· AI-savvy: Experienced with tools like ChatGPT, AI image generators, video tools, and automation platforms

· Creative & strategic: Understands how to turn AI output into meaningful marketing assets

· Independent thinker: Does not wait for instructions but identifies opportunities proactively

· Experimental mindset: Comfortable testing, iterating, and improving workflows, and refining LLM outputs through effective prompt engineering

· Detail-oriented: Strong sense of quality, consistency, and brand tone

· Team player: Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams

· Curious & forward-thinking: Passionate about AI, content trends, and digital innovation

· Professional experience & track record: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with AI tools in content creation, marketing, or content workflows (please add your portfolio featuring relevant projects)
