To strengthen our  team in Winnenden as soon as possible, we are looking for a 

• Develop sales forecasts for 24-month periods using trend and demand analyses
• Drive the monthly EMEA Milwaukee NPI reviews
• Facilitate cross-functional demand reviews, ensuring alignment and documenting risks/mitigations
• Communicate forecasts and insights to management
• Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy
• Analyze sales, inventory and profitability, making recommendations to key stakeholders (f/m/d) to manage the Milwaukee portfolio and maximize profitability
• Collaborate with Milwaukee supply teams on PSI planning by key vendor (f/m/d)
• Support supply chain and IT in delivering training on tools and processes

• Extensive experience in demand planning
• Solid knowledge of S & OP processes
• Experience in working with supply chain systems as a key user (f/m/d)
• Proven experience in cross-functional project teams
• Good presentation skills, especially in addressing senior leadership
• Willingness to occasionally travel across Europe
