Aufgaben:
- Develop sales forecasts for 24-month periods using trend and demand analyses
- Drive the monthly EMEA Milwaukee NPI reviews
- Facilitate cross-functional demand reviews, ensuring alignment and documenting risks/mitigations
- Communicate forecasts and insights to management
- Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy
- Analyze sales, inventory and profitability, making recommendations to key stakeholders (f/m/d) to manage the Milwaukee portfolio and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with Milwaukee supply teams on PSI planning by key vendor (f/m/d)
- Support supply chain and IT in delivering training on tools and processes
Qualifikationen:
- Extensive experience in demand planning
- Solid knowledge of S & OP processes
- Experience in working with supply chain systems as a key user (f/m/d)
- Proven experience in cross-functional project teams
- Good presentation skills, especially in addressing senior leadership
- Willingness to occasionally travel across Europe
