Solution Architect (m/w/d) CRM D365

This is how you WOW:

• As a Solution Architect for our CRM system, you will gain an in-depth insight into the Sales & Service division at Kärcher and help shape future-proof processes.

• Working closely with our internal customers, specialist departments and an interdisciplinary IT team, you will be responsible for the development, customisation and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.

• You will design and implement interfaces to other systems that meet the highest standards of performance and technology.

• This will involve coding extensions, interfaces and UIs in .NET, C#, JavaScript and TypeScript.

• If something goes wrong in CRM, you will analyse the problem, if necessary in collaboration with our contacts at Microsoft, and fix it sustainably.

• Last but not least, you will document your implementations and processes in a technically understandable way for your IT colleagues.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• University Degree (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and solid knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript and the Power Platform.

• Experience with interface connectivity.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, e.g. in Azure DevOps or Github.

• Business fluency in English and preferably German.

• You are a strong communicator and a real team player with a structured way of working and analytical thinking.
