WinGD is looking for a

General Manager Global Component Sales

Location: Winterthur

Responsabilities:

• Lead, coach, train and manage the global CS team with 3 direct reports in CH and team leaders in KR and CN
• Prepare and verify annual Order Intake, Sales, Margin and global department cost budgets
• Prepare monthly financial report including sales data analysis
• Ensure CS processes are in place, complied and up to date to meet internal and external audit requirement
• Support WinGD Management for new strategies related to component sales
• Find and establish new sales opportunities
• Support and improve the cooperation with WinGD’s mother organization in China and work with different stakeholders
• Check Time Management System for direct reporting employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trading, or Business Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in sales or logistics management.
• At least 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in sales and logistics.
• Proven experience as a team leader in a global environment.
• Excellent proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA sales reporting as well as in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical abilities and outstanding communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-management and team-building capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
