WinGD is looking for a
Service Sales & Sales Support Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to drive sales and manage customer relationships for 2-stroke engine spare parts, long-term service agreements (LTSA), and field service activities including drydock projects and major overhauls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for spare parts, LTSA, and field service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and shipyards.
- Identify customer needs and prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and service execution.
- Oversee and support field service projects such as drydock repairs, overhauls, and upgrades.
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable, sustainable business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marine engine service sales, ideally in the 2-stroke sector.
- Strong technical understanding of marine propulsion systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a global environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
