We are looking for a hygiene specialist (m/f/d) to join the hygiene team at the Wipperfürth site as soon as possible .

• Advice on all questions of infection prevention and hospital hygiene
• Carrying out hygiene inspections, hygiene monitoring and process observations as well as developing and monitoring hygiene standards according to the latest scientific findings
• Planning and carrying out training/education for various professional groups and preparing hygiene-related protocols, statistics and surveys
• Collecting the legally required data and records regarding hospital-acquired infections, including their interpretation and presentation
• Carrying out quality-assuring hygienic-microbiological environmental examinations
• Participation in internal and external quality assurance measures in the field of hospital hygiene
• Accompanying construction measures and participating in inspections by the supervisory authorities

• You have completed three years of nursing training
• Ideally, you have completed or are willing to complete further training as a hygiene specialist
• You have commitment, reliability and a high degree of team spirit
• You are characterized by a high level of social competence and an exceptional sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
