You are (co-)responsible for the coordination and organization of the entire kitchen process with the associated key business figures
You will support your kitchen team leader in the professional management of your team, in conducting motivating, appreciative employee appraisals and will be responsible for personnel planning, scheduling and development, among other things
Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP is also one of your tasks, as is merchandise management
You will work closely with your kitchen team leader and your operations manager and will be in constant communication with them
