You want to…

• support the installation of new hardware and software and
  training employees
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including first-level support with a ticket system
  Manage
• use various IT processes to increase efficiency,
  improve workflows, and boost employee satisfaction
• coordinate the respective requests and needs of
  employees and internal IT experts as well as
  suppliers and contractors (m/f/d)
• secure the company’s IT and
  communication systems
• participate in IT projects

We wish for…

• ideally, prior training in the IT field
• a student who has begun studying IT or a comparable
  field of study
• practical experience in this field
• a structured, analytical, and independent way of working
• strong verbal and written communication skills, including in
  English
• confident use of common MS Office applications

You can expect varied tasks, a professional working environment, and flexible working hours of up to 20 hours per week. (During lecture-free periods, up to 37.5 hours per week are also possible by arrangement). Your hourly wage is €14.00.
