Responsibilities arrow_right
- Controlling: Support key financial processes including P&L and balance sheet creation, manufacturing costs calculation and inventory valuation across EMEA.
- SAP Expertise: Collaborate on SAP rollouts and continuous improvements, supporting IT and the Global Process Owners.
- Process Ownership: Drive process optimization and documentation from as-is to to-be status, especially in Controlling-related SAP modules.
- Testing: Create, execute, and document test cases and ensure thorough test coverage during rollouts.
- Training: Enable knowledge transfer to local teams via training and close cooperation with Key Users and project teams.
- Implementation: Ensure readiness for go-lives, monitor hypercare phases, and support rollout activities across multiple countries.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including finance, manufacturing and IT on both support and strategic project topics.
Qualifications arrow_right
- Education: Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with Finance focus.
- Professional Background: Solid track record in Controlling within a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally in an international setting.
- SAP Knowledge: Strong expertise in SAP CO and related modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP), preferably as Key User or Process Expert.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across EMEA approx. 2–3 times per year.
- Skills: Strong in cost calculation, inventory valuation, margin analysis; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mindset: Hands-on, analytical thinker with a proactive and structured working style, and a clear understanding of project and change management.
