Responsibilities arrow_right
- Manage global controlling systems: Take responsibility for our international reporting platforms (Oracle HFM, SAP BI) and ensure stable processes for actuals, planning, and forecasting.
- Translate reporting needs into system solutions: Understand Management, Shareholder and user requirements and implement them as sustainable and flexible technical solutions.
- Drive system improvements: Contribute ideas, analyze existing processes, and actively push forward the technical development of our controlling systems.
- Set-up interfaces: Design and maintain data interfaces between source systems like SAP S/4HANA or Workday and our reporting tools.
- Optimize data flows: Keep track of all reporting data flows and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate across functions: Work closely with Controlling, Accounting, IT, and the global finance organization to implement requirements efficiently.
- Enable self-service reporting: Enhance our self-service platform and create training formats for international finance users.
Qualifications arrow_right
- Education: Degree in business informatics, business administration ideally with focus on controlling & accounting, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: You have experience in (group) controlling – ideally in an international context.
- Technical expertise: IT affinity and strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HFM (Hyperion) or SAP BI is a plus.
- Working style: Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable, with a solid understanding of data flows.
- Soft skills: High level of initiative, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
