Aufgaben
Sales Representative:
•Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with an assigned group of existing customer account(s).
•Conduct meetings face to face or online with customers as required
•Serve as the point of contact between XXX and assigned customers. Respond to a range of customer inquiries (e.g., RFQs, surveys, order status).
•Promptly prepare sales quotes that incorporate the cost of the product and the desired profit margin.
•Accurately input all customer orders. Maintain the price tracking system and monitor prices for booked business. Maintain good communication with Accounting Team and support and follow-up past due payments
•Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete in compliance with XXX policy and external requirements.
•Determine the effect of engineering changes to price
•Create and monitor schedules to meet customer needs. Communicate customer requests/requirements to others, including production, quality, manufacturing etc.
•Effectively resolve company and customer issues in a manner that serves the needs of both XXX and the customer.
•Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the plants, engineering, other XXX departments and affiliate companies.
•Maintain accurate monthly sales forecasts for each customer and part number.
•Support budget preparation and creation

Demonstrated Abilities:
•Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
•Good communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
•Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
•Good cost awareness throughout the complete work tasks
Acquired Knowledge:
•A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field of study
•Driver license B required
•A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience working with OEMs, a Tier I and/or Tier II Automotive Supplier or equivalent sales experience
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Business level of English is mandatory
•Conversational level of Japanese is mandatory
•Basic level of German preferred, but not mandatory
