Your role as Junior Sales Manager Partner Channel

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours in HR administration every year – and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work. Your part in this:

Together with renowned partners like Deutsche Telekom, EY and Microsoft, you’ll win customers for our innovative HR solution.

We’ve already won Porsche, WWF, Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference together with our partners. But there are still thousands of exciting companies to win. Are you ready?

This is how we work

  • In the Hubdrive Academy, we complete your knowledge and turn you into a true Hubdriver.
  • At the beginning, we work with our partners to define the goals we want to achieve. You support the creation of business plans that outline the number of new customers to win, the planned annual revenue and the strategic milestones.
  • You make sure partners complete all necessary training and certification exams so they have the know-how to get started with our HR software.
  • In Microsoft Teams, you present our innovative software solution online with passion in the region you’re responsible for (DACH, Europe or North America).
  • We have many unique selling points – and of course, you don’t keep them to yourself. We call it Easy Selling.
  • Afterwards, you answer any questions that come up and actively support the partner in winning the customer for Hubdrive.
  • No worries – for anything unfamiliar, there’s an internal team that answers complex customer questions. Sometimes you’re a moderator and sometimes an expert.
  • You represent Hubdrive at trade fairs, conferences and other industry events. There, you position our company as a trusted partner and expand our partner network.
  • That completes the picture.

No experience in partner sales yet?

You’re passionate about sales but don’t have experience in this field yet? No problem – apply anyway. We’ve got a solution. In the Hubdrive Academy, we fill knowledge gaps and you gain the necessary experience through training on the job.

  • Learning, gaining experience and delivering results – two out of three wouldn’t be a problem.
  • Customer, partner, Microsoft and we don’t always pull in the same direction – sometimes, moderation is needed.
  • Some customers expect a salesperson to know every detail about the product and implementation – but we’re not consultants.
  • The different linguistic and cultural backgrounds of our customers can sometimes be a challenge.
  • International business requires flexibility – ever tried reaching a customer in Florida on July 4?
