Lead Requirements Analyst (m/w/d)

BEING PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:

  • Lead and manage stakeholder, system, and software requirements for medium to large-scale projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Develop and maintain system requirement specifications in compliance with industry standards
  • Identify and resolve requirement conflicts and inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to clarify, align, and review requirements
  • Oversee the use of requirements management tools and methodologies across teams
  • Ensure all requirements are complete, correct, traceable, and testable
  • Communicate requirement-related risks and report status to project management
  • Manage requirement change requests and drive process improvements in scope and requirements analysis
  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to deliver reliable and pragmatic solutions
  • Effectively manage multiple toolchains and documentation formats
  • Uphold high standards in documentation quality and organizational effectiveness

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Software Engineering, Math or Physics or a technical field or another relevant field AND 9 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Advanced understanding and experience in the field of requirements engineering
  • Advanced understanding of ASPICE, specifically in terms of SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3, and SWE.1
  • Strong experience with requirements management tools (JAMA, DOORs, etc.)
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience and/or training
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Knowledge of FMEA methodology
  • Experience working with Global teams
  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written English and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated professional approach to situations in which conflict is present
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
