Lead Requirements Analyst (m/w/d)
BEING PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:
- Lead and manage stakeholder, system, and software requirements for medium to large-scale projects of moderate to high complexity
- Develop and maintain system requirement specifications in compliance with industry standards
- Identify and resolve requirement conflicts and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to clarify, align, and review requirements
- Oversee the use of requirements management tools and methodologies across teams
- Ensure all requirements are complete, correct, traceable, and testable
- Communicate requirement-related risks and report status to project management
- Manage requirement change requests and drive process improvements in scope and requirements analysis
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to deliver reliable and pragmatic solutions
- Effectively manage multiple toolchains and documentation formats
- Uphold high standards in documentation quality and organizational effectiveness
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Software Engineering, Math or Physics or a technical field or another relevant field AND 9 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Advanced understanding and experience in the field of requirements engineering
- Advanced understanding of ASPICE, specifically in terms of SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3, and SWE.1
- Strong experience with requirements management tools (JAMA, DOORs, etc.)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience and/or training
- Experience with JIRA
- Knowledge of FMEA methodology
- Experience working with Global teams
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written English and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated professional approach to situations in which conflict is present
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
