Your profile:

• Commercial training (businessman (m/f/d) office communication/management, industrial clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or similar) and several years of practical experience in payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge of social security and payroll tax law
• Good knowledge of MS Office and payroll software
• Responsible and structured way of working
• Team spirit

Your tasks:

• Independent preparation of payroll accounting
• Communication with health insurance companies, offices and authorities
• Contact person for all payroll-related, wage tax and social security issues
• Maintenance of personnel master data, personnel files, time recording
• Administrative activities
