Your profile:

1. Training as a property agent (m/f/d), paralegal or relevant experience in property management
2. Initial accounting knowledge desirable
3. Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP/REFX an advantage, but not essential
4. Team spirit and communication skills
5. Structured and independent way of working

Your tasks:

1. Responsibility for managing your own commercial property portfolio
2. Contact person for tenants and landlords
3. Examination and preparation of service charge statements including objection procedures
4. Preparation and support of legal disputes
5. Preparatory work for the quarterly and annual financial statements
