Senior Requirements Analyst (m/w/d)
BEING PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:
- Analyze, document, and manage stakeholder, system, and software requirements
- Create and maintain clear and testable system requirement specifications
- Collaborate across teams to align requirements with business and project goals
- Identify inconsistencies and manage change requests efficiently
- Coordinate requirement reviews and improve related processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASPICE)
- Communicate risks and status updates to project stakeholders
- Drive practical, solution-oriented approaches in a cross-functional environment
- Maintain high-quality documentation and support continuous improvement
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Software Engineering, Math or Physics or a technical field or another relevant field AND 5 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficient understanding and experience in the field of requirements analysis
- Proficient understanding of ASPICE, specifically in terms of SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3, and SWE.1
- Experience with requirements management tools (JAMA, DOORs, etc.)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience and/or training
- Experience with JIRA
- Knowledge of FMEA methodology
- Experience working with Global teams
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion

- Demonstrated professional approach to situations in which conflict is present
- Must exhibit professionalism, be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
- Would be a plus if you have experience with data analysis methods and tools, including custom scripting for enhancing efficiency and with the use of AI for streamlining data analysis
