Your value: At Simplifier AG you have the unique opportunity to develop and shape solution engineering in our Customer Success Team with your expertise.

Your purpose: With your in-depth experience, you will create one of the most important interfaces in the team, namely between our customers and developers. In doing so, you take on board the customer’s requirements and develop appropriate solution concepts.

Our Customer Success Team…

• conveys the added value for the customer through the use of Simplifier
• creates solution concepts and presentations to convince potential customers and partners of Simplifier
• helps our customers and partners throughout their journey to use Simplifier successfully
• assumes overall responsibility for our customers and partners and the further cooperation after conclusion of the contract
• advises and supports our customers in advancing the digitalization of their own company with Simplifer
• works in FlexWork mode and is on site at the customer’s premises if required

✅ What are you doing?

• You are the main interface between requirements engineers and developers throughout the entire duration of the project.
• Carrying out the requirements analysis for quotations and for the subsequent development of technical tasks.
• Development of solution concepts that combine requirements and development effort in an optimal ratio.
• Creation of technical implementation tasks and handing them over to the to the project team (developer & project manager).
• Mediator role: You manage the balancing act between business goals and technical efficiency.
• Project responsibility for several parallel development projects.

✅ What do you bring with you?

• Degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in application development, ideally as a data or software engineer.
• Experience in the conception of data architectures for business applications and in the design of database models.
• Confident in dealing with interface technologies such as REST, oData or RFC – especially in the context of third-party systems such as SAP.
• Technical know-how in SQL, JavaScript and data pre-/post-processing.
• German language skills at level C1-2
