To strengthen our practice team in the Medical Care Center for Radiology in Wuppertal, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

Receptionist / MFA for registration (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time (8 - 12 h / week)

• You will assist with the administrative admission of patients and the documentation of patient data

• You coordinate appointments and treatment procedures for our patients

• You will be responsible for ensuring availability by telephone and will be the contact person for any queries
• You will work closely with a team of medical assistants and medical specialists and contribute your talent for organization

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), completed commercial training or have relevant experience in the required job profile

You have good verbal and written communication skills and ideally have experience in dealing with IT-supported processes

A sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you

You have a talent for organization and appreciate working in a motivated team

Practical experience would be an advantage, but is not a prerequisite

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
