Your tasks:

• Technical management of the nursery and coordination of the team of 6 employees
  Organization and control of external companies, especially in the area of tree care
• Regular inspections to assess the maintenance condition of green spaces and trees
• Cultivation and care of plants in our own greenhouse
• Care, planting and seasonal design of the outdoor facilities
• Operation, care and maintenance of machinery (e.g. mini-tractor, sweeper)
• Coordination and active participation in winter maintenance

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a gardener and landscaper or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge of planning and executing landscaping work
• Experience in team management desirable
• Basic knowledge of machinery is an advantage
• Commitment, reliability and a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Willingness to participate in winter maintenance
• Confident handling of computer-aided systems (e.g. MS Office, CAFM systems) desirable
• Class B driver's license required
• Interest in further qualifications and personal development
