This position is part of our Connection Systems Segment

Position Summary
This role sits within the Global CS Engineering Organization and serves as a central coordination point to standardize best practices across global CS teams, ensuring compliance with TISAX requirements and alignment with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead TISAX certification efforts across global sites

• Manage site-specific remediation teams and implementation of TISAX controls

• Plan, conduct, and participate in internal/external TISAX assessments with global and local stakeholders

• Oversee closure of gaps and non-conformities in collaboration with global competency leaders

• Partner with local teams and Global IT to plan and manage TISAX-related budgets

• Coordinate with certification bodies (e.g., TÜV Nord) and manage external consultants and invoicing

• Provide regular executive updates, identify roadblocks, and facilitate their resolution

• Run steering committee meetings and align global efforts with regional TISAX leads to support a unified "One Aptiv” approach

• Ensure timely, accurate communication with stakeholders including customers, German OEMs, Sales, Engineering, IT, Operations, SCM, and HR

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in EDS or CS business

• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and experience with TISAX assessments

• Proven project management and development experience

• Financial acumen and familiarity with budget planning

• Experience working with German OEMs is a strong plus

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Fluent in English
