For a position at our Center for Radiology, we are looking for a superior clinical administrator (m/f/d) with system responsibility in the RIS and PACS area as well as with organizational responsibility for radiology-specific regulatory structural requirements on a full-time or part-time basis as of 01.10.2025.

• Central interface between information technology and medicine
• Close cooperation with: technical-administrative IT, medical-technical staff, medical staff, administration and external service providers
• Supervision of the non-medical area of teleradiology (application and operation)
• Responsibility for medical devices and specialist knowledge
• Data analysis of the RIS database and preparation of the results in Excel
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Monitoring normative and legal changes
• Implementation of changes in cooperation with the center management (content and administration)

• Completed training as an MTRA (m/f/d), professional nursing training or a university degree (natural sciences, engineering and technical sciences, computer science and information technology, medicine, health and nursing sciences, humanities and cultural studies, economics and law) as well as several years of professional experience as an MTR (m/f/d) desirable
• Knowledge and experience in all specialist areas of radiology desirable
• Strong self-motivation and identification with the goals of the center
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics independently and at short notice
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and absolute discretion
• Experienced handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• High resilience, commitment and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
