Procurement Planner (M/F/D)

• Placing orders according to demand planning
• Processing order confirmations
• Tracking delivery dates and managing shortages
• Assisting in complaint handling
• Collaborating closely with logistics to manage inventory levels
• Actively participating and contributing to the improvement of purchasing-related processes

• Completed technical or commercial education (HTL/HAK, FH)
• Ability to work independently, with strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with an ERP system (PSI-Penta advantageous)
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

For this position, we offer an attractive full-time salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (minimum salary €2.668,69). A willingness to offer a higher salary based on qualifications and professional experience is available!
